For this week P.E Hurumanu we did fitness testing and it was all about running and what we did for running was laps. When we did it people where giving up easily but we couldn't do anything to help them not give up. We run when we heard a beep go and we doing good but the boy were Google at running but the girls were kinda good but at least we tried so we ran until we go tried and then we kept on fuming but I give on 3.7 and I was really tried and when I finished I could taste blood in my mouth and it was disgusting and I felt like I wanted die but we did some other fitness to keep is going we tried to stay in the green zone.
On Thursday fitness was really fun because we had to do some griping and it was really great because I was not shy to do it and for my results was 26. We did sit ups and we did an awesome job because some of us got the highest score like 15,16,17 and for my results was 15and it was really awesome doing that . For the high jump was kinda my thing but I tired it and I loved it and I wanted to try it again but we had to move on to the next on. For our sit reach was really fantastic because tall people with long legs could not reach that far but some of them took really long so we had to wait and do some fitness by our selfs. We had a great time with the teacher and I hope,I get a bigger score next time and more with other people.
How I did I work successful with others was really great getting to know them better . How did I my actions and feelings affect others was not listening to what they were say and not doing the right thing and at the right time. How did to help someone who was struggling was on the sit and reach one and I help to put their legs down and relax and hold their legs down to make cheat and we did a fantastic job to help other make their day great.
