Today in hurumanu 4 we were writing a speech to share with a group of four people in a group. we have been doing this for about 4 weeks and we have been timing ourselves to see how long our speeches can go because of our speech and only go for two minutes.
About writing a speech is like my favourite thing to do but I can sometimes get bored with it and it is easy for me to write something about a topic. It was fun writing to something that actually happens every day. We can feel it when we write and can make feel like you are in the story being those characters.
My challenge was picking what topic I should do and why is it important to us and to others? It was hard to find a good but it came right into my mind and that's why I pick one of the most important that happens daily.
Something that I learned from myself was to read louder than I have ever done in my life. It was the most important thing that we learn when we are young until now. The reason why we learn to speak louder because we might have to stand in front of a big crowd and talk loud.
Persuasive writing is words that you use to convince the people to believe you or make them in an opinion and to do an action. It makes them think that is right and it should be changed to be fair for everyone. We didn't force them to believe our opinion or our idea because it was the idea or the opinion that changed their mind.

In hurumanu 2 we have been reading a book called Freak The Mighty because we got to chose the book we wanted to read. The reason why I chose this book is looked interesting because it has two boys look like their having fun. The book by itself it doesn't look as good when you read it makes sentence why it has a good cover. My favourite part about the book it when killer Kane kidnaps it son maxwell and keep him hostage. The characters are Killer Kane, Maxwell, Kevin, Lorreta, grim, and gram. I think I might recommend this book if it something that would make us feel like we are in the story but yeah I still like the book.

Today in P: E we are doing a task that our teacher set for us to do on the board. The task was to write I have been doing this term for gymnastic and they were called.
In gymnastic, I have been doing the beam and its fun to walk on and do different types of thing on it. I tried doing the cartwheel but it was hard to do it on the beam. we can walk on it jump a little bit. We can also do toe, heel, up and also hop and leap.
I could do different things on the trampoline-like the knee up and the fronts flips and backflips. We can do front rolls and back rolls and side rolls. We can do
The parallel is good to do exercise by doing pull up's and doing the full twist.
Floor- mat is good to cartwheels on and we can do backflips.

Today We are doing a task that our teacher left for us to do and it is a 100 Word Challenge.
One morning I woke up and saw a small bubble and I touched it and it started to grow bigger and go around me. It started to take me to my favourite places and one of them was korea and china. It was fun flying high and being protected by this big bubble. It kept me healthy and safe.

Yes, it is the right time for him to share that information so the dad knows for sure that he did kill his mother.
Hi everyone today in wananga we were doing a 100 word and the photo was footprints on the ground. It was a pretty interesting photo and I love the photo because it is good to use for writing a story to.
So I was in a snowy forest when I saw footprints on the ground I followed the footprints until I saw a big cave. Blood on the ground I was so scared to go in because I thought that a bear might be inside. I went inside using my flashlight to see and there was nothing but a big bit of ice. I was cold so I went back home and told my parents but they didn't believe me at first until they came with me to the cave they saw no blood and I couldn’t believe my eyes OMG where is it ............ Today in Wananga we are doing a 200-word challenge about a whale and man in the sea.
One morning I woke up to someone knocking at the door it was someone who was talking the sea if you would like to go scuba diving. I was like omg this like my dream to go scuba diving so where are we going huh where I would go but it has to be somewhere around in this country I would only do it. It was near a dead-end but I still didn’t know what was the place called near our town but I still went along with them. I asked a few friends to come and only seven of them came to the same place some of them got lost on the way so they went back. It was a pretty place to stay at because it was near the sea and I jump off high cliffs and into the big blue sea. ……………………………… Two months later………….. I woke and went and had a shower and then and then went scuba diving in the sea and saw cool stuff and then I heard something come from behind me I sawm fast as I could it was a whale shark. It almost ate me I sawm fast saying to myself……………………... To Be continued
Hi I have been working On a DLO With a mate and we work hard on this for two days in a row. The DLO we were working was About two cultures Tokelau and Niue an. It was fun learning other cultures languages.
Last week on Wednesday we were acting for a story called bullies with a group people. In my group was Riansha and Jhonas and they had some talent in them that made me laugh when we toke our photos. My action being the one who is getting bullied by Riansha and she is the bully and Jhonas is trying to stop her from her hurting me. He stop's her and takes me home so I can rest. Then the next day she does not repeat it again to me. It was fun acting with other people and getting to know other people. I am glad that that Miss Allan was covering up for Miss Clark and taking place and being a good teacher to us.
This week we have been learning how to make blackout poetry using an online site to make your own blackout poetry. we started using to make our own and it was fun see the different words to make a rhyme. I love the story that I was reading about the Heart of darkness. It had good words that I could use to make a good blackout poetry. I probably did three blackout poetry using this site and it was really fun to use. It really a good option to use to make blackout poetry using the digital Blackout Poetry.

One day I went out by myself to go camp and I got lost in the forest and I was lonely by myself standing their by myself. I was walking around and it was getting dark and I was getting chills down my span so I started to looking for some kind house around the forest and I found it was pretty and looked clean. I went inside and their was a heap of food in the in the cardboard so I started to eat because I was hungry and then I went to the master bed room and slept until Someone came knocking on the door and I opened it and their was and boy just standing their looking awkwardly at me and said do live here I said yes to him. He came in said are you sure because I rent this and I was like oh I am sorry I gotta leave now because I remember that I only rent for four days to stay here okay bye thanks for reminding okay bye. But he pulled and said where you going. I was shocked but said let go of me but I was too late he put something that cover my mouth and I dozed off. I woke out in the forest again with a blanket ................ TOO BE CONTINUED.
Yesterday we started a piece of art named Blackout Poetry where we had to use news papers and find some words that rhymes together. I made four blackout poetry on news paper and glued them to my favourite colour blue. I then had to make a shape blackout poetry but still using news paper to make your shape or whatever say on that news paper you are using make that type of shape. I didn't know how to do a blackout poetry so I asked my friend to help me with making a blackout poetry. I am some interesting poetry's.
Hi everyone I will give you information about pink shirt day
Pink shirt day started in Canada in 2007 when a boy was bullied for wearing pink colour to school. Two year 12 students saw what was happening and they changed his life by buying women's pink shirt from Walmart and brought heaps of pink colour stuff. They also saved him a pink shirt to wear the next day when he came to school the next day.more than 700 to 800 people wore pink t-shirts because they have been bullied differently from him or were treated the same as him.The Pink Shirt started in Canada and move from them to all around the world. When it spread ed lot's of people were probably shocked to see other people and kids being treated that way so that how everything changed. We have day to celebrate Pink Shirt Day and remind ourseleves and other's that Pink Shirt Day is to stop bullying people just because of their appearance.Just because they wear something that makes them look poor doesn't mean they are poor because you might not know their story.
