Reading Work From Home

So after a few weeks of staying at we did some work in the starting of our day back at school. First thing we did was get use to knowing others and after that we did some work of this reading work and tried to finish it but we did our best of all. My work is the important thing to me because lately I haven't done any work from home so I did this so i can finish my work and not have to keep doing it for a long period of time . Working this was hard but getting help from my teacher was such great time to talk to my teacher again for the first time in weeks of staying home bot getting time to stay at school and try to cheer her up in her hard times in school doing her work but I want to say bless you Miss Britch if you are going to read this.So work home was getting easy and cool because learning for me is like a hobby that I like most all the doing sport and any other things then having friends. Thank you

1. Areta is A person that is kind hearted that maybe likes to explore  and discovers things around the world, She has a mean face but inside her kind and calm, Maybe she like that because she wants to how Trish would be.

2. The setting of this story is where a polluted  lake is and the lake has rubbish floating in the water and Their are White Pillar sticking out of the water.

3. The have went on the water with their boat and started to row the boat and also looked at tall white pillar make air come their way,They also talked about Trish big catching something big.

4. She felt happy at first- but her grandma had to put it back in the water because she doesn't want is to die maybe.

Once a upon a time on sunny day a woman named Areta who is kind and calm person inside of herself,And the little girl Trish who likes to help out her grandma go explore around just in case she might get hurt. While they travelling around a area that had pollution inside the water and rubbish inside floating like tyres and bottles and other plastic. After a few minutes They started rowing their on the water and looking around them was a lot rubbish and pillar standing behind them blowing air.They were happy to fishing that lake but couldn't see any fish inside. After a few mins they started fishing and they actually caught a fish alive but then Areta felt sad and said no we shouldn't take this let's but this back in the water.Then she put it the water and good bye.The End

Malo Lelei For today's topic is about P.E. From yesterday we have been learning how to time our Pulse . Today we did check our Pulse and we timed it by 2 and Put it on our results to see if we know how to check our pulse. After that we did Agility test and my results were 17.7 running up and down.From that we did some more agility outside but sprinting A whole court and how seconds I got 18.7 seconds.We did this for our P.E because so we can know to time our how many seconds our pulse can go.We did some more of the Agility test and it was fun at first sight but was kinda hard because people keeping saying that we have go there and there we give up and did our own .

Samoan Tattooing

So Today I have read a book about tattooing. A woman has been interested in art and started to make pieces of art. when she grew to she went to high school in Samoa and started making art for her family members and made really precious art for them. Then she did art started to noticed that how much she loves art. After she finished from she went to New Zealand and made her tattoo shop. She Worked and made good progress in her art and even had drawn Malu on woman to represent The story of the conjured twins swimming across the sea to make it to Fiji. There they learned that woman can only be tattooed not men.She did this so everyone can know that she Samoan and because her culture is important.

What is a Umu? What does it need,What is it for:
Umu is  something Traditionally for all Islanders in the Pacific Islands. It is need for our food made underground or a hut to put our food in and cook it there, it is for our food that we make for the people to come and eat.

How are Traditional Samoan skills taught:
It is taught if you are listening carefully to what they are saying and looking at what they are doing and knowing why they are doing it and how to do it.

Is there something you've Experienced similar to an Umu? What was it, Where did you experience it: I noticed that what we do is different because we don't always use underground for our food but we use pots for food and sometimes use a native oven for roasting pigs and in tongan we call it Puaka Tunu.

What types of things are cooked in an Umu:
Maybe Lo'i Ho'osi- It is horse with Coconut cream made together, Taro,Lu Sipi- Meat with Coconut cream and taro leaves , Fish and Coconut cream, Banana, Kuku- Mussels, and Manioke- Cassava.

Malo Lelei Everyone Today I have been working on making a restaurant brand of my own and we have worked on choosing our own brand and how to design it. My main theme of my restaurant is "Asia" why? because I really get inspired by Asian things or Asian food.
