P.E

Malo Lelei For today's topic is about P.E. From yesterday we have been learning how to time our Pulse . Today we did check our Pulse and we timed it by 2 and Put it on our results to see if we know how to check our pulse. After that we did Agility test and my results were 17.7 running up and down.From that we did some more agility outside but sprinting A whole court and how seconds I got 18.7 seconds.We did this for our P.E because so we can know to time our how many seconds our pulse can go.We did some more of the Agility test and it was fun at first sight but was kinda hard because people keeping saying that we have go there and there we give up and did our own .
